Shipping Policy

Golfers Pro Shop ships to all 50 states in the United States along with the U.S. territories and overseas Armed Forces locations and we may use any of the major carriers, UPS, Fedex and USPS to get orders to you.  Your order may ship from our warehouse in Connecticut, or directly from the manufacturer for many of the large sets or custom items.

Shipping Time
We are dedicated to prompt customer service, so we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible (either the same or next business day on certain items). Items shipping directly from the manufacturer may require additional processing time, due to workload and the time of day the order is placed.

Custom orders take a minimum of 10 business days to be shipped out. Any single club that features a +1 inch, or -1" length is a custom item. If you have any questions about the shipping time expection on a specific custom order, please email us at info@golfersproshop.com

We do ask for 4-7 business days to get non-custom orders out the door. Once that window is completed, please expect 3-7 business days for delivery. We only offer one level, "standard shipping" and we do not offer expedited shipping options.

International Shipping

If you are looking to have an order shipped outside of the United States, please email us directly at info@golfersproshop.com to get a shipping quote. Our posted shipping rates only apply to shipping within the contiguous 48 states. To get a shipping quote for orders to be shipped outside the United States, please send us an email with the item(s) you are interested in purchasing along with the shipping address and country. We do offer shipping to most countries outside the United States, but you will be unable to checkout online. We will respond to your request for a shipping quote within 24 hours. If you want to continue with the order after receiving your shipping quote, please respond to our email and we will send you a link to a PayPal invoice that will include the price of the items you're interested in ordering along with the shipping price. You can pay for your order with this PayPal Invoice using any major credit card or PayPal.

Shipping Cost within the Contiguous 48 States
Golfer's Pro Shop charges a flat $7.95 shipping charge for all orders under $75 and shipping is FREE for all orders over $75.00.  We do not offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO
Orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories and APO/FPO customers are charged shipping fees based on the weight of the order. These rates vary based on the shipping location. You can determine the shipping rate that will be charged for your order by entering your shipping address during the checkout
