Return Policy
What’s Eligible for Returns?
Unused equipment can be returned for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. In order to receive a full refund, returns of unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of order receipt. Used equipment is unable to be re-sold so unfortunately we are unable to take back used equipment.
Things to keep in mind: Unused equipment must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It’s your responsibility to pay return shipping costs related to the return of all items.
Please write on the outside of the packaging your order number so we can quickly process your return.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Warranties
If you think your gear may be eligible for a warranty from the manufacturer due to defects in its materials or workmanship, please contact us via info@golfersproshop.com and we will let you know if we can handle your warranty issue or if it needs to be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
All custom items, such as, petite length, tall length, and any none stock item, is not returnable. If you need a club to be re shafted, we can do that, but customers are responsible for all the cost related to that item.
Returns Shipping
Buyers are responsible for shipping your returns back to us. Any questions or concerns should be emailed to info@golfersproshop.com.
Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a UPSPS or UPS store at your convenience.
